I do recomend even if you use Play WithSix to update mods, get you mods that update regulary from steam workshop if you do not have WithSix premium, as you don't want to get shut out due to an update taking too long.

After you are fine to install Play WithSix like normal. The only other main fix is re-install, first uninstall from Programs and Features in control pannel then you need to go to Users>AppData>Local and delete the folder PlayWithSix. Make sure you Play WithSix is up to date normally found in the top right hand corner as other wise it will spoute a ton of errors at you when you try and use/launch ARMA.

The interface is slow and difficult but is the only alternative to the workshop. Although I've heard that Sync WithSix works, it's not reliable and so if you're having issues I strongly recomend you switch over to the reliable Play WithSix.
